At FatMotion, we stand behind the quality of our products. Still not satisfied? No worries! You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt.

📦 Conditions for returns:

• The product must be unused, undamaged and in its original packaging.
• Return requests must be made within 14 days of receipt.
• Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility (unless it is our fault).
• Unfortunately, custom-made or used products cannot be returned.

🔄 How do I return?

1. Send an email to info@Fatmotion.nl with your order number and reason for return.
2. We will send you instructions for the return process.
3. After receiving and checking the product, we will refund you within 5 working days using the same payment method.

❗ Important:

• Returns without prior notification cannot be processed.
• If a product is returned damaged or incomplete, we may retain (part of) the amount.
• FatMotion is not responsible for loss during return shipping. Therefore, please ensure you have a tracking code.
